This program is designed to help sell homes much faster than the current market average.  I will charge 33% less commission (based on a 6% total commission).  Most buyers need money to close; I am suggesting you give the buyer that extra 33% for closing costs.  By advertizing this, we will increase the number of people that view your house, which in turn should make it sell faster.  The other option is to keep the money in your pocket!
